Autobiography

My name is Aitzhan Mengtay. I was born on February 27, 1994, in Zharkent, Almaty Region, Kazakhstan. In 1999, I began my education at a general secondary school in Zharkent and graduated in 2010. From 2010 to 2014, I studied for a bachelor's degree at the Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. I continued with a master's degree from 2014 to 2016. In 2018, I was admitted to the doctoral program, which I completed in 2021. I successfully defended my doctoral dissertation in 2024. I have experience working as a researcher and project performer in scientific research funded through grant and targeted financing programs. I am a recipient of the international scientific internship program scholarship "500 Scientists."
